MEMORIES follows Stephanie, an aspiring filmmaker who is preparing for a potentially career-defining interview when she’s interrupted by a phone call from an ex-boyfriend who is trying to resurface. Her thoughts become entangled with the past while a once in a lifetime opportunity hangs in the balance.
“Memories” represents a search for an answer to a question that I’ve had for a long time: how memories of the past can imprison us in the present. Stephanie, the lead actor, was the one in whom I saw the spirit of the lady in the street, the one who must overcome her past while a lifetime opportunity hangs in the balance.
