Hotline
The National Domestic Violence Hotline is a non-profit organization established in 1996 as a component of the Violence against Women Act (VAWA). This piece is created to increase knowledge and awareness about domestic violence. The technique I used for this project is collage to depict the damaged bodies — physically and emotionally — that lie within the pieces of newspapers I used to read about the domestic violence every so often in my childhood.
